Hello, my name is Laura!

I am a world traveling Yoga Instructor from the NW corner of the USA (Tacoma, Washington). I was raised in a loving family full of hardworking teachers (Mom + Dad + 2 Sisters). While I tried my best to be a rebel and avoid the teaching path, becoming a yogi revealed to me that I genuinely love helping people discover yoga and grow in their practice. Teaching is truly in my blood!

Yoga has given me an entirely new life. It has changed and shaped me for the better, from food choices to finances to friends. It has connected me with so many incredible people and places. I can't wait to meet you and flow together!
